I was hesitant to move in here after reading the reviews but we were really lucky. Turns out there is a whole new management staff and they have been nothing but helpful at the small issues we had. (Bad kitchen and bathroom light) These apartments are in a nice neighborhood with beautiful houses around. I ended up getting a 2 bedroom for just $685 a month which is great b/c they are bigger than the "higher end" apartments directly across the street. As in most apartments the walls are thin so we can hear the neighbors but nothing overwhelming. Also, they are doing some renovating such as painting (so the backs aren't as nice as the front)but all in all it is a nice apartment for the price.
