We have lived here for 3 years, the office staff changes yearly, getting maintaince out to your appartment requires a flood. (water heater repaired when leaked, then leaked 6 months later before they replaced) Ac units are from the 70's and work as well as a fan. My apartment will not get below 80 in the summer, despite my $180 monthly electric bill.
Office staff is nice and promises the world, but never delivers anything except rent increases. ($40-$80 increases every lease)
They reciently painted, and replaced the fences (April 08) they said would be replaced in june of 2005.
Neighbors are inconsiderate, my car gets a new ding almost every month.
DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT, IT LOOKS GREAT ON PAPER, SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND MOVE UP THE STREET, YOU WONT REGRET IT
