If you are looking for anything to get repaired tmely, keep waiting. This is the Ghetto of the south side as the management team so reflectively treats it.

Why would you live somewhere approx. 7 YEARS if you are so unhappy? Sometimes you just need to be a little more vocal about your maintenance request. Everyone knows that the "squeaky/noisy wheel gets attention first. Ultimately you are the one responsible for what happens in your life. Also, if you are going to post on a public forum, spellcheck might come in handy. Someone who can spell naturally seems smarter. Whether it is a fact or not.
