Providence Square Drive Apartments has been an excellent experience for our family. Contrary to other reviews, we have found response to maintenance requests superb and very fast. We have also found the office staff to be very friendly and responsive. I ve managed a large housing service, know the difficulties involved and find these apartments very well managed, very responsive, friendly, and clean.

sounds like your office staff is in cahoots with Heatherwood. you can always tell when office staff write the reviews as opposed to those who actually live in the place.

Got scared visiting. I pet sat for a friend of mine when she had to travel. The apartments are a bit dated but were cute inside and her one bedroom was a decent size/layout. However, even during the day it was a scary place to go. Thank God she had a cat that didn't require walking. Walls were thin as when I entered you could hear dogs barking from various apts and loud ghetto music blaring from other buildings. The shopping area next to it has many businesses gone out and others robbed with great frequency. My friend was locked in a lease and when it was up she left as she was scared to live there. No place for a single woman.
