The apartments were just bought by new management, which has proved to be extremely poor. Besides unpleasant attitudes, they have tried to say we haven't payed certain fees, which later they dropped because they had no proof, although we had our bank statements. They do not issue a receipt when you pay your rent. The pet fee is absolutely crazy. You have to pay a monthly fee along with a high deposit. Many families though, with some shady business at night. I would not recommend it.

My girlfriend and I just moved in a few months ago and have yet to have a problem with the office staff. They have been very helpful and even remember our names out of all the people who live here. They go out of their way to help. Shady business?? Not once have I ever been worried, scared, or even nervous to walk out of my door at night here. I've lived in shady places and this is not even close. I've seen nothing, but elderly people walking their dogs. GREAT place!
