Used to love it here....not anymore....

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
We moved to this apartment complex before the new management took over. Since they have this place has gone from a place I LOVED to a place we are moving from.... office staff is as others said not what it used to be. The maintenance man Lee, who was AWESOME has been replace by a rude incompetent new guy who doesn't know a screw from a hammer. The "improvements" which are apparently the reason for a HUGE increase in rent that they want from current residents, are not improvements at all. In my opinion, stay away, when I rented here the rating was 94%.....CLEARLY, this place is headed downhill.
