I stayed in this apartments for 2 months.
Moved in aug 2009. the office staff is very rude, incompetent and unbearable.
THEY were sweet before signing the lease. The refused to show the actual apartment giving some ------ reason. The day I move in, I relize the bathroom door does not lock!!!!! and they took 2 weeks to buy a lock and fix the bathroom door with the excuse that the maintenance guy is very busy. The place had cockroaches running around from time to time. They cleared that after 3 requests.
Then we got a notice telling some apt had been broken into. Exactly after a week,oct2009- 4 apartments were broken into on the same day out of which mine was one.
I saw the door half broken and went to the management to ask them to come with me and have a look. She was busy on the phone and said nothign happened we will come ina while!!!! The door was goddamn kciked into and half broken.
The people who broke into had smashed everything in the house and had taken all the possible valubles.
The maintenance guy comes, sees, says "----" and sasy, I can fix a new lock cos my time is over, so I will buya new lock tomorrow and gives me a wooden block to keep against the door for safety!!!!

Very very irresponsible, completely unsafe and disgusting management. It is a humble request to all of you. please do not move in here.I am not some random person tryign to damge the opinion here. If the management has any guts, you could ask them about this incident quoting me and I bet they cannot even apologise for their behavior.
