if you're looking for a place to live, this is it. nothing special but the staff is nice. the grounds are decent but there is so much construction... its ridiculous! i feel bad for my husband, he has to work 3rd shift and he never gets to sleep. shoddy cabinets, cheap screen doors with the handle falling off, we had ants! everybody basically keeps to themselves although cars riding through with loud music and the kids get rowdy. who lets their 7-10 age kids roam free at 9-10 at night'
get some sense...i feel pretty safe but not safe enough to stay out all hours of the night. also...a car with about 3-4 people hit my car, broke the side view mirror and sped off....thank god for neighbors...we had a couple let us know what they saw happen. that experience definately changes my opinion.

THis sounds pretty typical of apartment living, I dont think the managment screens the applicants very well. I think as long as you have the cash to move in, they move you in. They assure you its a quiet area, I have yet to experience that, and I'm not a knit-picky person, I am used to living in large cities, with city noise, I feel like I'm back in the lower income areas I lived in during my college years.
