I lived in this community for 1 year. The office staff was more than great, but only Leah. Nikye was always short rude, and non understanding. She needs to have a better understanding of a lease agreement and the legalities. There was a huge problem with a high energy bill. It took maintenance 4 months to fix the items on my move in inspection form. They send you notices that ae not needed just so they can go into your apartment and be snoopy. They came to my apartment to look in the attic...there was no attic! When i told them my outlet in my front room did not work and the cable outlet either...there response...We only have to ensure one outlet has to work in the apartment. Basicly, they do not go above and beyond and let you know they have no interest in doing so. Maintenance was always courteous and nice. The decks were huge and i neve experienced a problem with noise or power outages. There were indeed roaches everywhere in the community!!! To me it was an okay place to live. If you just mind your own business you really have nothing to talk about, but if you are "the nosey neighbor" you may not like this community. all in all it is fine for short term.

Yes I agree with the part about Nikye... she is absolutely horrible... very short tempered and will fly off the handle in a second... If you are thinking about moving in here or if you live here and have any sort of issue DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TALK TO HER... she is absolutely clueless about her job and any sort of tenant laws... did I mention shes rude and extremely short tempered

In my opinion, Nykky was very helpful. She was very warm over the phone when I inquired about viewing Randolph Park, prior to moving in. She was pleasant, very patient and knew how to please me. Her first question over the phone was, "What are you looking in a home". I explained that space is important to me. She informed me that Randolph Park is known for their huge amount of space, in which she was correct. The spacing definately does fit my needs. I also like the fact that it is an all electric unit. I like the fact of paying only rent and an electric bill. I must say that the owner should invest more into educating their empolyees about the rental rights and rental laws. However, Nykky applied the knowledge that she has. This is a great place to live. I wish the property could be upgraded and made to be more presentable on the outside. I would like to remain here for a very long time, however if the outside continues to look like the ghetto, then I may consider moving. There also needs to be more life added in the landscape on the entire property and not only in the leasing office area. The parking lot is crumbling and the buildingS are in need of a makeover BIG TIME! The rent amount is fair, but I hear that it has been increasing. If my rent increases when time to renew, this may also be a factor that causes me to move. Maintenance is always ontime and efficient. The manager, Jamie is efficient as well. Contrary to my positive experience here, I wish there were more for the children to do. There are no basketball nor tennis courts. The swimming pools opens late (after memorial day) and closes early (after labor day) although, it's still 80 degrees outside. With this, children tend to find trouble when there is nothing for them to do. The property occupies a lot of children, and at all ages.
