First impressions mean a lot to me. The first thing I noticed was the friendly staff. Very warm and welcoming. We looked around a lot, but fell in love with the hilly and natural landscaping, the warm colors (not your typical beige/grey) and the amentities available, which they have just renovated. When something came up unexpectedly, they were VERY willing to work with us and gave us an incredible confidence, knowing we chose the right place.
