I lived here for almost 2 years. Maintence staff is in fact inconsistent- the doors fall off of the washer/dryer closet often, a common complaint. Reafield is very pet friendly-meaning they are happy to take your pet deposit and allow any BIG dogs to live here-seen a few pit bulls lately (especially the unleashed one that attacked my beagles). Parking and amenities are nice except for the WILD and UNATTENDED tweens (the 8-13yr old group) in the workout room watching the cable TV or in the pools or skateboarding off the cement stairs!
It is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. I am moving closer to the city the minute my lease is up. PS-NO SPECIAL PAYMENTS FOR CMS EMPLOYEES (ie. pay rent at the 10th of the month) keep looking, many communities would love to have responsible, young professionals.
