I have lived here a little over a year, I am in the process of buying a house whenever it is convenient for them to let me break my lease...they told me to wait until NOV. The comments on this page are absolutely true and that of the others. Especially about the snow removal and the pet policy and don't forget the kids running around this place. Also, I understand that one who chose not to remain anon. on this site was contacted by the apt manager...trying to explain herself. Well that girl's rent went up $40 buck this year. Complexes suck.
