located in a great location (restaurants, shopping, hospital). pet friendly. courteous and timely maintence. good parking. decent gym and indoor pool. wish they would open the pools earlier in the year. very quiet and quaint. price is getting too high, however, especially since these apartments appear to be older than other ones i've lived in. overall, i've lived here two years and have enjoyed it.
