My wife and I were very impressed with the complex when we decided to move to Charlotte a year ago. I have to say that overall it was a pretty good experience for us. The location is definitely the biggest plus, it is minutes from everything, and that was very important to us. The pools and gym are cool. The staff were always very nice and helpful even though the only time I saw them was when I needed my mail. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but every one was resolved very quickly. Once, we had a problem with the hot water heater and the maintenance guy drove 30mins from his house @ 1030pm to fix it, and he was very nice about it. I have only lived in one other apartment in Greenville, SC and this place was much, much better! Hope the info helps!
