My first years lease will be coming up soon and we will definately resign it. We haven't had any major problems for the entire time we have lived there. Office staff is always friendly, location is perfect, you are allowed to paint the apartments, and the amenities are great! We have had a couple maintenance issues, which can be expected, both issues were resolved same day, and one of those occured at 4 a.m! The guy came from his home in Rock Hill and solved the problem by 6:30! And also, other people seem to mention a high turnover rate, that doesnt seem to be because of the complex. Archstone offers short leases and the people that I have met that moved out quickly only rented there because their house was being built, wasn't ready, etc. Overall, I would definately recommend the complex, especially to young professionals!
