Glad to be out!

New management (since Aug. 2006) has raised rents and lowered service!
This old, and a bit run down, complex now has rental rates on par with the most expensive in South Charlotte, with renewal rates being raised excessively.
Trash collection over the holidays seemed non existant, with collection bins overflowing and stacked all over the ground for two weeks.
Maintenance people don't want to fix anything. I had a couple of recent calls answered, then told they couldn't fix it at the time and would be back to check on it later. You guessed it -- they never came back. Stuff still needed fixing as I moved out.
Lots of kids and dogs. Just letting you know.
Sound travels through walls and floors. You'll be subject to noise from animals, kids, TV's, Stereo's, showers, and flushing toilets. If you have a choice, and are willing to pay high inflated prices, the only choice should be a top floor unit.
This place is not recommended - I'm glad to be out!
