Changing

Management has changed and change is always painful. Personally, I don't like the increased rates, the impersonal treatment, and the attempt to overhaul everything except what needs to be overhauled. Rates are going up all around the area, however, and this apartment complex has one exclusive and stalwart service still available - Ashlea Reavis.
Ashlea is left over from the old management and still operates under the idea that apartment living is about each individual creating a comfortable community. She is personable and accommodating. The complex itself is decent - the normal pros and cons (we did have a neighbor couple who fought at the most inopportune times), but when it comes to dealing with the landlord, be sure you get in touch with Ashlea.
That's been my experience anyway. My staff rating is Ashlea's rating.
