Go anywhere else in the zip code area but here if you need to live off of Rea Road. My apartment just got bedbugs! As in BEDBUGS! They tried to tell me that Bedbugs were like headlice (right, makes no sense) and that I brought them in(I do not have guests over my apartment because I am a responsible parent, I have not been on vacation since 2004, I'm afraid to fly and I have not been in a hotel since 2006. Travel is the usual way to get these bugs and I did nothing to acquire my blood sucking guests. Even the exterminators said that they have never heard of a case like mine but they could not disagree with the apartment's stance((that I brought the bedbugs in, and therefore am responsible to pay for the extermination)) due to legal reasons) and they would not pay for the extermination (which my lease agreement stated that the Lessor was responsible for). After the feral cat problems (I had a mangy cat try to enter my apartment, I thought he had rabies. I complained constantly and they did nothing about it for months. Kittens were in the dumpster so often I knocked on the trash bin just to alert them a bag was coming in), the pot holes in the parking lot that they refuse to fix, the constant bug problems (even management has spoken of a bug problem), the horrible management(they still haven't alerted the renting community that there is a bedbug problem, they lied and told a tenant that bedbugs do not crawl and they told me when I begged to get an exterminator out to my apartment that you cannot SEE bedbugs. They are the most uneducated and rude cluster of people ever amassed under one building)and the lack of a proactive and customer friendly atmosphere (no guys, blowing up balloons and baking nasty cookies is NOT customer service when you refuse to take care of basic things), I am out. I broke my lease. I cannot stay another day in an infested overpriced hell hole. Location is not everything, unless YOU BUY A HOUSE! DO NOT rent from these people. They do not follow the contractual obligations. Did I mention they have BEDBUGS! They have had a Meth lab on the premises, a home has gotten broken into and they did not send out a prompt letter alerting the community of the break in, the place has had shootings, police have been called because an ex-boyfriend of a "manager" was stalking her on the premises, they have a wild cat problem--this place is not where you want to live. Believe me.

I agree totally. I only lived there for about 2 months and hated it! Bugs were bad but I had problems with spiders.

I just got a notice to stay away from the Ferrel cats for my own good. This place is terrible.
