My wife and I are new to the Charlotte area recently relocated from Orlando, FL. We interviewed 6 or 7 apartment communities in the south Charlotte area and were led to Reafield Village. The community is extremely quiet and backs up to a prominent residential community, Rea Woods. We have lived here for over 4 months now and have no complaints. It is an older community, but is well maintained and recently the exterior received fresh paint and the interiors are currently undergoing upgrades with new appliances, countertops, etc.
The few maintenance requests we have placed were for minor issues and were addressed promptly and resolved the first time each time. My wife and I have signed a year lease with the community and have planned on continuing to call Reafield Village our home for the next couple years until our home in Florida sells and we are ready to purchase again.
