We have had tremendous problems with this property. They lack professionalism and so does their regional manager. When they painted the property painters dripped paint on our brand new truck, the maintenance staff is incompetent, and the manager is fake and doesn t have the residents as the top priority. We can't wait to leave and have been paying entirely too much money for the service we have recieved. In addition, we've never been compensated for any or our time and issues, just a letter stating that they enjoy having us and who wouldn't want renters who pay on time and try to keep quiet' So just look around and ensure that this is the only place available, because the regional manager is good for nothing as well. It is owned by Steven D. Bell, so I would recommend avoiding them. We previously rented from Grubb and loved them!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I Agree!
When they where painting, the complex housed all of the "undocumented"- painters right below me...they crapped on the porches, left their garbage in the walkways, and they were a discrace to the property. I could not have guests over during that time.
It was bad.
