As a new resident of Charlotte... I must have visited nearly 30 apartments during the month of August.
This apartment was okay... It is a lil more pricey than its neighbors. Its still in the busy Albemarle section of East Charlotte, which is a cross section of USA when it comes to diversity. It is centrally located...
... For the price, I would check out some of the neighbors in the area, first! If I were single, I would move here!
