I really love it here. My husband and I are between homes and we really made the right choice moving here. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. We have lived at other properties before that were a lot more expensive. At this property you get a nice apartment and your not throwing all of you money away on all that extra crap you don't need. I feel that the management team really cares about their residents. I would highly recommend this property.

I love Braemar. I have been here for a year and have had barely any problems. Our lease is up and we are moving, but it is only because we need more room for our dogs. Maintenance guys are great. I've gone up to the office several times and Anthony has come up within 10 minutes tops to fix everything. Surrounding area is very nice, Management is great. Lynn, the apartment manager has been very helpful, and the other girls there are very sweet. If you do not like dogs, or don't want a bunch of kids around do not live in an apartment at all. I got noise complaints for the people below me...but what do you expect when you live in an apartment. There is going to be some noise unless you are on the top level, there is always going to be kids around, and animals. I would highly reccommend this apartment complex to anyone.
