I have lived here since August and never in my life have I seen such poorly constructed apartments being passed off for nice places. We have had serious recurring mold issues as a result of moisture seeping in from doors and windows that were not caulked upon construction. Closet doors came off their tracks. Screen door came off its track every time you used it because the door was not cut into a level square. The latch on the door to the outdoor storage room does not match up with the latch on the door frame and therefore is incapable of closing. The walls are paper thin so that when neighbors put shoes in the closet or turn on the television you can listen in on their program. There is not enough parking for everyone and often cars park on grassy areas, in front of curbs or the dumpsters in order to park within walking distance of their apartment. These places are low quality and not worth the money. There are much better apartments available for the money.
