My husband and I just bought a home and have lived at Braemar for 1 year. This was a great place. We have been in between homes and luckily we picked a place that made us comfortable while we were looking. I never had any bad experiences with management or maintenance. I never had any parking problems either. I told the manager how much we enjoyed our stay, so she told me about this website. I just want others to know this is a good community to live at.
