DO NOT RENT HERE! We had black mold in our apartment and they came and cleaned it with bleach(which by the way just changes the color). I had a 3 month old baby with RSV in the apartment and it took them two weeks to try to find somebody. They are trying to charge us one months rent because we didn't give a written 30 day notice! HA! What are you thinking' See you in court!

Well you said it yourself. You did not give a notice to move so sounds like to me that maybe there is more to this story than you say. This sites is for people who want out of their lease or get evicted anyway. No one should believe these things anyway, check the property for yourself, check CMPD.ORG before you believe junk like this.
