I've been living at Residences at Braemar for over 2 years and have been through the management change. Overall it is a nice property. It is quiet, clean, and secure. I have a 1st floor apt so there is some noise from the neighbors upstairs. I think it's worse in apts upstairs from 1st floor apts that are 3 bedrooms, because, generally, more people live in 3 bedrooms than 2 bedrooms. But, that's not the property management's fault. When there is too much noise, I have spoken to the management and they've been very responsive. They've also been very responsive to any service requests I've had. I also like that if I get a package and I'm not home, they keep it in a secured closet in the office until I can come get it. They also checked on me when I was in a car accident and had limited mobility. That is a warm, human touch that you don't get other places. So, if you pay your rent, follow the rules, and understand that apartment living isn't the same as being in your own home, I think you'll really enjoy living here. The location is awesome!
