I moved in about a year ago and absolutely love it! Every now and then I have to call in a work order but they usually take care of it right away. When I go in the office to pay rent, they know me by name and apartment number without even having to tell them. They are super nice and I could not be happier. I pay my rent on time and do not have any complaints. All I can say is the people who have wrote bad things on here must not pay their rent or got evicted and are trying to make the place look bad. I have lived all over Charlotte and have found this to be the best! It is close to my job, north lake mall, tons of restaurants and stores but I dont hear noise from any of it! I just love it here and I am sure you will too!
