Very TINY, irresponsible

I've lived here for over a year now and I can't wait to get out! My one bedroom is only 500 square feet, for my boyfriend and I--because of the lack of space, we have to use the small closet with the laundry hookups as storage, forcing us to use the community laundry. This is extremely inconvenient, not only because of location and cost, but also because of the serial laundry theft that has been occurring (specifically of women's undergarments). But River Birch claims no responsibility for these thefts, nor the car break-ins that have been happening recently. They have "security" cameras, yet when something happens they don't use them!
And the maintenance--though they're friendly, they tend to paint over anything on the walls, including mold.
Do NOT recommend!!
