I feel so unsafe living here.

We have to have a "rent a cop" patrol the area after dark and they only patrol like 2x an hour, and after all of the break-ins, peeping toms, cars stolen, (Two of my direct neighbors both had their cars stolen in the last 3 months), and shady people walking around the parking lot, I'm done.

I live on the first floor and I would feel safer with bars on my doors. We are a mile from where Tiger Woods is practicing hitting golf balls at the Wachovia Championship and we are in the ghetto. Someone was shot and killed as they broke into the apartment complexes across the street last week. It's absolutely crazy.

Rent is cheap b/c no one will live here which is a major plus. Half of my neighbors are amazing and I love them, but everyone is moving out b/c they are frustrated, scared, or just fed up. We were on the news a few weeks ago because our pool was contaminated with some weird bacteria. Come on.

Maintenance is awful too.

I wish I could say better things about this community. I love the people I live around and the girls in the front office though not quite with it are very sweet, but I would not EVER recommend this apartment community.
