My husband and I lived in Phase I for one year and could not wait to leave. We had great neighbors and did not hear much noise, but that is about the only good thing. The office staff is horrible, in fact completly incompetent and that is being nice. They don't know what is going on and blow you off like you are an idiot. Nobody picks up after their dogs. Maintanence takes weeks to fix things, if they even show up. When they do show up the job is not done satisfactorily and you often have to call back more than once. Overall it was a horrible experience and we are both glad it's over.
