The calibur of people the staff of River Birch Phase I lets move in is shady and scary. Cops are being called out all the time to one particular unit who happens to be a prostitute. Apartments and cars are constantly being broken into. Even their courtesy officer's car got hit. I have even seen residents doing drug transactions in broad daylight in the parking lot or at the pool. Tiffany in the office is dumb as a rock. Her biggest contribution is giving wrong answers, and that's if she has an answer. For peace of mind and money, don't move into here. The place is getting worse.
