When I did my walk-through I listed several items that were broken, badly worn, or just old. Nearly all my floorboards were warped (to the point were the floor was not level at any point) or broken. The paint job on the walls were sloppy with drip marks everywhere. My car was broken into after on being there 2 months. The staff is very nonchalant and seems oblivious to anything going on there. The only bright spot was the cheap rent. But there, you definitely get what you pay for. Pay the extra $$$ and move somewhere nice.
