Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The new management team has brought with it more than just smiles. My rent has increase 20% in a year, that's not counting the water bills that are now being added on top of the rental increase! Prices were good for some time, but I'm growing more concerned by the day. Other than that the place is pretty quite most of the time and not too bad a place to be at.
