River Birch Phase II

Not bad, but not great either. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   We have lived in RB-II for over a year now. In that time, my car was stolen, a neighbor's motorcycle was stolen, and cars have been broken into. But other than that, it's not too bad!!! I love the layout of our one bedroom apartment. The kitchen could use more counter and cabinet space, but the island is sweet. I love the gas range, but the gas fireplace sucks cause it stinks whenever we turn it on. These apartments really are decent when you compare them to the others in the area, but but considering that the others in the area are GHETTO, that doesn't say much.
