I have been here at River Birch Northland for only a couple months now and I love it too. I reviewed some of the previous ratings on here and was a bit nervous, but I have a co-worker who suggested I go see for myself so I did. I had a wonderful experience with the staff, they took the time to show me everything. When I go there, it was REALLY NICE! The apartments are HUGE and they have everything a resident could ever want here.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND BECAUSE OF OTHER OPPORTUNITIES I HAVE TO MOVE :( THE STAFF IS GREAT, THE RESIDENCES ARE NICE AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST THERE ARE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND THE PEOPLE IN IT... TO BE A NON-GATED COMMUNITY THERE IS NOT MUCH CRIME COMPARED TO MOST AREAS IN CHARLOTTE...IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO START A LIFE OR JUST RELAX RIVERBIRCH AND FEEL APPRECIATED, RIVERBIRCH PHASE TWO IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!
