We moved into the complex a few months ago and have had nonstop trouble with Vivian, the office manager. She is rude. Also, she does not enter requests and yells at the residents for asking questions. Mark is great to work with, but impossible to get when Vivian is around.
The apartments are great; neighbors friendly; and the maintenance staff is amazing!
