I have lived at River Crossing for more than three years. To date they wont paint my apartment or do anything that the contract stipulated after living there for three years. Management is kind and courteous but all i get is empty promises. When I moved into River Crossing it was a brand new complex. We were told that they were going to build a playground and swimming pool. Ha now we have an unkept forest growing in the back of the property.
I've concluded that River Crossing cares nothing about their tenants.

I've lived in river crossing for two years and no longer lived there and i do agree that they do nothing for there tenants and rent office is never open for people issues. Parking was a issue , no playgrounds, never painted or inforced cleaniess of complex and still to this day have not recevied my security deposit i've left numerous messege at rent to call me back and they have not so i'm forced to go to the next level to get someone to respond to me. A response is better than no response.
