WEll I only signed a 6 month lease just to make sure i like the place. THe apartment may look decent on outside but when you live there its a different story. Kids playing outside at every hour of the night, and i get awaken up because me alarm goes off, because balls hit my car all the time. THen car thefts here are on a tremendous rise espcially since they opened up the other entrance in the back. My friend has gotten his car stolen, someone attempted to steal my car, until i retaliated, SUV'S with 24 inch rims are left on bricks the very next day, random ppl walk around all the time, mgmt makes excuses and say theres a car that patrols the grounds... never seen a car yet. Only good part was that our apartment was very spacious.
