I've been here at Rivermere for almost a year and the stay has been OK.The kids here are out of controled and half raised. But then again the parents are lost themselves, so who's to blame' Management I have never had ANY issues with. I think that they take great deal to the community and are always involved in activities to TRY to keep the place together. Parking can be ridiculous,b/c peoples guest take all the parking, leaving the residence to have to park far away.The only major issue was justLast night*** someone was outside shooting and a bullet hit my building which scared the hell outta me, my son could have gotten hit and then it would have been a maasacre here. That was the 1st incident I've experienced here. I would only recommend this place to someone who has already lived in the hood and are fit for survival of the fittest. Certainly not for my grandparents. But Really wherever you go, you can find something to complain about. It's all about what you can handle and cannot. We are living in the last days so there is going to be issues no matter where you go...
