Management So Unprofessional and incompitent From: panchalvsjeeps Date posted: 3/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I lived there for only a year, it was okay then had to worry about car break-ins, but that may be every where. What I did have a major problem with is that freaking managament is so stupid. They kept my deposit okay, but don't charge me another fee and not tell me about. Turn around and say that it is the renter's responsibility to call them to see if there is anything that is owed to them. I mean I've never heard of that...if someone owes you money I'm pretty sure you are going to contact them...via phone, email, snail mail I mean something. Kelly is stupid! That does not make any sense! If you rent there be sure you get everything in writing from the incompitent folk, because you have to do there job for them...p.s my deposit they kept was $250 and the fee they said I owed was $77. Do the math!!!!
