Stay away from this place. I've lived here two years and it has been a terrible experience. The buildings look okay from the outside, thanks to new shingles and paint, but they are falling apart on the inside. The cabinet doors fall off, the ceilings leak, the floors are cracked. It's all a farce.

Maintenance is a joke, and the property management are idiots. The water has been cut off 14 times since I've been here so a broken water main somewhere in the complex could be fixed. That's 14 days without water. So plan on spending one day per month with no shower or toilet.

The "scenic lake" is a filthy pond that is always full of geese, there is goose crap all over the sidewalks and you feel like you are walking through a minefield just to get from your car to your front door.

My car was broken into one night. Nothing was taken (probably b/c the car is 20 years old, nothing to steal) but they did leave my doors open and windows down. I called the cops, but they didn't come out. I told property management, they didn't care.

Property management was nice enough to put in a big fancy gate, and remodel the entire office, while spending no money fixing up things like broken pavement or cracked building foundations. The gate is a huge pain, and people still come in who have no business being in here. I swear they are dealing drugs in the parking lot.

Tell your friends... stay far away from this place. As soon as my lease is up I'm leaving.
