I moved to these apartments with a friend from college. She said that the apartments were ok from the outside, since I was leaving my boyfriend in southpark and hadnt realized what west blvd really meant, I didn't mind. I should have known that these apartments were shady from the start. When we went to fill out an application we asked to see an model, they told us that they were all being repaired but the office was a model so we could look through that. The day we moved in was a disaster, we told them we would be there by twelve but when we got there there was an out to lunch card on the door, I was already mad about that then with out thinking we signed the lease without looking at the apartment so that the movers could put our stuff in and leave (bad mistake). We walked in and there were all types of people in our apartment(I guess trying to make it presentable), Fixing on this, working on that. We both left and came back that night to let them finish. We didn't realize what we had gotten ourself into until then. The stove was DIRTY, the bathroom was DIRTY, and my bedroom door has a hole in and there were sparks coming from the outlets. We didnt live in that apartment for 4 days until everything was atleast liveable. The maintence never have been to any type of school, they don't know what they are doing and has an attitude when you complain. The fat one is always trying o have sex with me. The office staff are great until you move in, then they get mad when youy complain. Our ceiling caved in and we had to call the fire dept and channel 9 news to get a response from them to fix it, and then after they fixed it with cardboard it caved in again.There arent any roaches but ladybugs are everywhere in the house. The nieghborhood kids be out making noise at all times of the night, in the street and playing at your door like they have no home training becaude they don't. Everytime you walk to your door there is a crackhead asking to wash your car. My nieghbor's car got scratched up, door kicked in and then car stolen. Me and my friends car got broken into by desperate crackheads because they they broke into me and my friends car and stole some cd's, keys that went to my apartment in Maryland, and a cell phone that didnt work and bypasssed a $500 money order with the reciept attached. Everyone there is either on section 8, drug dealers, or crackheads and when you leave for work there looking at you like where is she going. Eventhough no one has broken into my house yet I'm waiting. And the fact that no one has been on this website to even mention sandhurst tell you that they dont even have the knowledge to own a computer or atleast go to the library and look at it. And don't forget it's WEST BLVD. So from my horrible experience I TELL YOY OVER AND OVER AGAIN DONT MOVE HERE.

Management has changed again. They seem pretty good, making lots of renovations. I own a house that is adjacent to the apartments and I haven't had a problem outside of some minor trash issues. West Boulevard is changing pretty fast. Better try to buy a house in one of the neighborhoods soon as prices are beginning to climb. BTW, the police are very active, more than they have been in recent years. Change only happens when people take the initiative and give a d--m about where they live whether you rent or own.
