Management was horrible and cared less about the tenants, maintenance was very shady and creepy, and when things would get fixed they would be poorly fixed. Construction was very poorly done, the railings and stairs would occasionally collapse when walking up/down them. There was people shooting guns about once a week. There is a HUGE SPANISH population, and the tenants were beyond RUDE when you couldn't speak there language. The front sliding gate NEVER worked, and it would always let many cars in at once. Good luck finding parking if you work and need to move your car, because whence you leave a hard to find spot, you have no chance of finding another one. Our car was towed because we parked apparently in a no parking zone, but there was no parking what were we suppose to do park on the lawn' Management didn't care we were fined 250$ in towing fees. You are suppose to get 2 parking spots, we never did, it states this in the lease. Management even agreed there was no parking. Carlos the asst. manager did not know what he was doing, and was racist, giving discounts and free rent to Spanish tenets. This place was a complete disaster you DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!
The pool was also suppose to be open and it was rarely, the washer and dryers ran off cards that could only be refiled when the OFFICE WAS OPEN! Carlos also closed early so if you get locked out, good luck!! Our apartment was attempted to be broken in to and management blamed us saying it was our fault, when we were not even in the state, thank god for the one set of English speaking neighbors that called the cops, the others could care less.
