I am new to Charlotte, and was looking for a reasonably priced place (465-500 rent), and as a professional and single woman-safety comes first. I never once had an issue with car theft or apartment break-ins... my neighbors keep to themselves and everyone is cordial. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-managed - when I needed something fixed, I got it without a problem!...
