Reasonable but you get what you pay for...

I would say that the price for this apartment is very affordable in these trying times and what I really like about my 1 bedroom is that the bathroom is very spacious especially compared to most new apartments. However, there are drawbacks to saving money. These apartments are old (I think they were build in the 1970s) and it took forever to get rid of the musty smell during the summer. They have tried to accommodate for the apartment s age with new appliances. Yet it is weird to have one kitchen sink with no tub dividers. Also, I wouldn t say it s the safest neighborhood but I don t know if that s due to being in the city or not my boyfriend s car was broken into and the same random high schoolers wander throughout the neighborhood at odd times of the day. The good news is the maintenance department is excellent, the office is nice, my neighbors are friendly, and overall the complex is quiet. And it s literally right off 85. I am going to move because it s not the best place for a woman living by herself and I miss the amenities offered at other apartments such as a fitness center, indoor pool, and apartment W/D installation. If you want a deal, this is the place but know what you re getting for your money.
