Their insurance policy does not cover fire From: datuna Date posted: 8/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   THey claim their insurance policy has a 100,000 deductible, so be careful, if something happens, they will go after you, like they did in my case, they went after me for almost 50,000 dollars for accidental fire.
