Southgate is ok the police are always around 24/7 the neighbors are quiet and friendly.
I havent had a problem yet my dad been living there and hes gotten adjusted to it my apartment is actually decent they fixed most of everything I needed fixed right away All I can say is keep to yourself and u will be fine. Oh yeah watch out cause the tow truck guy comes around at night so make ur car is registered
