Yes, there have been some cars broken into but that can happen anywhere. I like being out of all the traffic of Charlotte but still close enough to get where you want to go without much hassle. They have a helpful staff that are down to earth. They try their best...what else can you ask for' A great little community as a stop before I buy a home.
