Drug dealers and rude management

I lived at this place back in 1998, but I just recently stumbled upon this website, so I thought I would write a review. I hope the situation has improved since my time there, but nonetheless, it is worth noting.

The first day I moved in, I smelled pot right outside my apartment. It turned out to be the idiots neighbors below me. This guy never worked and all I ever heard him do was play video games (with surround sound) at all hours of the day and night. With the pot smoke coming up to my balcony all the time and the constant noise, I thought I saw all from this guy, until I saw a drug transation, take place twice, right outside in the parking lot.

That was it for me at that point. I went over to the manager and complained, but all she did was call me a racist. I even went back and got 2 other neighbors who saw drug transactions take place on different occasions, but it did no good.

So a few more weeks went by and they had a major party at this apartment the first week of January. I called the police 4 times that night, and the last time was a charm. They ended up arresting someone in the parking lot with drugs, and to top it off, I was telling one of the cops about my ordeal, and he told me of a townhouse for rent by a fellow cop friend of his.

So I called this guy the next day, and I was out of this dump the next Saturday. And all I had to do was mention some legal jargon about suing to the fat, idiot, be-otch at the office, and she let us out of the lease.

So that's my story. Again, it's 6 years ago, so I hope the place is better. I sure hated it and the constant fear of something bad taking place because of drug dealing in the neighborhood is something I never want to experience again.

That might have been the case back in 1998 when you lived there, but thank goodness that the management has been changed. If there is a problem now, all you have to do is call the office and the girls will help with any problem and all the drug dealers are gone.
