I knew the first month I was here that i made a huge mistake. The air conditioner wasn't working, they would come and fix it and it would work for a couple of days and would go out again. Needless to say in the middle of July it was pretty uncomfortable. Maintenance accused us of turning the heat on and the complex mgr. said it was our problem we eventually convinced them to replace the unit. Spots in the carpet started coming almost immediately. There are a bunch of kids that hang out in the breezeway and throw trash all over. The residents here are not all that friendly. The people above us dumped their cat's litter box over the balcony. the parking is also a serious problem.
